Returns & Refunds
Returns Information:
We want every customer to be a happy customer. If you're not satisfied with an item for any reason, you can reach out to us for returning or exchanging your purchase provided that:
- You initiate a return within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, refund will be processed within 7 days after the receipt of the item.
- The item is in its original packaging, including any manufacturer packaging and accessories.
- Clothing is unwashed and unworn with original tags intact.
- The item is in its original and saleable condition and not damaged in any way. Returns will be refused if an item arrives used or damaged due to improper packaging.
- International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- There are no additional costs for replacement or exchange requests against return.
- Some product categories are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Refund information:

In case of refund against return, once the unused products are received and quality checked by our team, we shall initiate the process of refund. The refund will be processed within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
We use a variety of courier channels and we make every effort to ensure that your items arrive in full order.
If you happen to receive an item that has a fault and is by no fault of your own, we will gladly replace it.
To ensure that a replacement is provided in the quickest time possible, please send and email to ………… within 3 days of receiving your item and provide the following:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the wrong item received.
